Smart Nagar is an integrated system that comprises of a mobile application, website, digital data and a dashboard for the local representatives. One of the most interesting features of the software is that it provides most ward level and municipality level services online.

    with public.
  • Access to data of all wards
    The municipality can access all the ward’s data,
    whereas wards can only access only their data.

WARD DASHBOARD

  • Ward Representative To Public
    This portal allows the Ward representative to
    directly connect with the public through the
    medium of our App for Ward representative
  • Vital Registration
    Through this portal ward can directly access and
    verify the digital vital registration request by
    the public and proceed digitally.
  • Ward Health Assistant Portal
    HA of that particular ward monitors the health
    data and conditions of the public and also
    provides service accordingly.

  • Can view and update their Individual and Family Data              The Public can use their username and password to access and make amendments in their personal data 
  • Receive Notices & Notification
    The public can directly receive notices and
    notifications published by Municipality or ward
    directly on their mobile application.
  • Provide Suggestions and File Complaints
    Public can directly file complaints and provide
    feedback to the respective authority or body of
    the municipality.
